About this position

AYANA Hospitality is looking for a dedicated and skilled Staff Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical/HVAC) to join our team at Delonix Hotel Karawang. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing all mechanical and HVAC systems to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for our guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems
• Monitor and control energy consumption, optimizing HVAC operations to improve efficiency
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues effectively
• Adhere to safety regulations, ensuring that all work complies with industry standards
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work, including inventory management
• Assist in the implementation of preventive maintenance programs
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

• High school or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems maintenance, preferably in a hospitality environment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of building systems and energy-efficient practices
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Relevant certifications in HVAC or electrical systems are a plus
