Responsibilities
• Create and manage various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, and prioritize tasks effectively
• Create engaging content, write compelling copy, and produce visually appealing posts
• Create social media advertising, paid promotions, and campaign management
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and reach
• Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends to optimize social media efforts
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media strategies into broader marketing campaigns
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years' experience in the same position or related fields in the hospitality industry
• Experience managing social media platforms for business purposes
• Understanding of social media best practices, trends, and algorithm changes
• Knowledge of social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and innovative content
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related fields
