About this position
Responsibilities
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, responding
• Take minutes for meetings as required
• Organize and manage all Sales & Marketing files
• Distribute memos and correspondence as required
• Complete opening duties as assigned
• Maintain complete knowledge and comply with all hotel and departmental policies and procedures
• Establish and maintain filing procedures
• Prepare and send documents as required by Sales & Marketing team
• Receive and distribute documents to appropriate personnel
• Type correspondence, memos, and reports as assigned according to hotel standards
• Promote positive relations with guests and employees
Requirements
• Proven work experience as a Sales Admin
• Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel)
• Fully understand about Sales & Marketing daily operations
• Willing to be placed in Karawang
