About this position

AYANA Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Officer to join our team at AYANA MidPlaza, Jakarta. The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from job postings to onboarding, ensuring that we attract and select the best candidates for our organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and candidate selection
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and create job descriptions
• Use various sourcing methods to attract potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and recruitment fairs
• Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with the hiring teams
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and job advertisement platforms
• Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruitment reports
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Stay updated on best practices and trends in recruitment to enhance our hiring process

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Language Requirements :
• Indonesian: excellent command of spoken and written is necessary
• English: good command of spoken and written is necessary
