About this position

AYANA Resort Bali is looking for a Recruitment Manager who will lead the recruitment function, overseeing the full lifecycle of the hiring process. This role is critical in driving the company's talent acquisition strategy, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes to attract high-quality candidates
• Lead and mentor the recruitment team, providing guidance and support
• Oversee the creation and dissemination of job postings across various platforms
• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, including social media, networking, etc
• Oversee the screening and interviewing process, ensuring a thorough and fair evaluation of candidates
• Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continually improve the recruitment process
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and a streamlined hiring process
• Develop and promote the company's employer brand to attract top talents
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements
• Manage the recruitment budget, optimizing resource allocation for maximum efficiency

Requirements

• Min. of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with employer branding initiatives and social media recruitment
• Mature, self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in related field
