Responsibilities
• Oversee the overall operations of Delonix Karawang, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and brand standards
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance property performance and revenue growth
• Lead, mentor, and manage department heads to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Foster a strong guest service culture by monitoring guest satisfaction and implementing improvements
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, ensuring profitability
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Drive team engagement, talent development, and succession planning initiatives
• Establish relationships with key stakeholders and partners to drive business opportunities
Requirements
• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar executive role in the hospitality industry
• Strong operational, financial, and leadership skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
• A commitment to guest service excellence and team engagement
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
