About this position
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include overseeing front desk operations, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest inquiries and complaints, and ensuring all front desk staff provide excellent service.
Additionally, you will be responsible for training and mentoring team members and ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Front Desk Supervisor or similar role in hotel management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with hotel management software, particularly OPERA
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• A degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
