Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee all F&B operations within the hotel
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and exceed financial targets
• Maintain high standards of food and beverage service and quality
• Train and mentor staff to provide exceptional guest service
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage costs to optimize profitability
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Create and implement promotional events to enhance guest experiences
Requirements
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a management role within the food and beverage hotels
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Exceptional knowledge of food and beverage trends and best practices
• Proficient in financial management, inventory control, and cost optimization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
