About this position

AYANA Hospitality is looking for an accomplished Executive Assistant Manager to join our prestigious AYANA Komodo resort. In this pivotal role, you will assist the General Manager in the efficient management of hotel operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience and maintaining high standards across all departments. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry, coupled with exceptional leadership skills and a passion for guest service.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of AYANA Komodo
• Enhance guest satisfaction by ensuring all departments are aligned with hotel standards and guest expectations
• Monitor staff performance and conduct training sessions to promote professional development
• Implement operational strategies and policies to achieve business goals
• Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and resource management
• Conduct regular quality inspections throughout the premises
• Resolve guest concerns and inquiries promptly and effectively
• Participate in strategic decision-making and contribute to the hotel's marketing initiatives

Requirements

• At least 5 years of management experience in the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a strong guest-oriented attitude
