Responsibilities
• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of AYANA Komodo
• Enhance guest satisfaction by ensuring all departments are aligned with hotel standards and guest expectations
• Monitor staff performance and conduct training sessions to promote professional development
• Implement operational strategies and policies to achieve business goals
• Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and resource management
• Conduct regular quality inspections throughout the premises
• Resolve guest concerns and inquiries promptly and effectively
• Participate in strategic decision-making and contribute to the hotel's marketing initiatives
Requirements
• At least 5 years of management experience in the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a strong guest-oriented attitude
