About this position
We are looking for a Duty Manager to oversee facilities, security and customer service.
Responsibilities
• Overseeing daily operations
• Monitoring efficiency of all processes
• Creating a positive work environment for employees
• Meeting regularly with upper management to stay up-to-date with organizational changes, issues and improvements
• Ensuring front office operations flow smoothly
• Helping to meet company goals
Requirements
• Work experience as a Duty Manager or similar management role
• Customer service experience
• Previous experience in the industry preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Availability to work in shifts including weekends
• Able to operate Opera Hotel System
• Willing to be placed in Karawang
