About this position

AYANA Hospitality is looking for a visionary and results-oriented Assistant General Manager to assist the General Manager in leading the Riverside Golf Bogor. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing some aspects of the golf course's operations, enhancing the guest experience, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve operational excellence and financial targets
• Manage daily operations, including staffing, budgeting, and marketing for the golf course
• Ensure high standards of hospitality and customer service are maintained
• Oversee maintenance and improvements of the facilities and services provided
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, stakeholders, and community members
• Analyze competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
• Lead, motivate, and develop the team to ensure high levels of employee engagement
• Monitor and report on performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or similar managerial role in the golf industry
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Ability to build and develop a high-performing team while promoting a positive culture
• Proficient in using management software and MS Office Suite
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to engage effectively with guests
• Knowledge of the golfing industry and current trends
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
