About this position

AYANA Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable professional to join our team at AYANA Midplaza, Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's outgoing payments and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. Your primary duties will include processing invoices, verifying payment authorizations, and maintaining vendor relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English
