Senior Business Development (Bancassurance)
About this position
The Senior Business Development (Bancassurance) position focuses on business development with key bank partners and project management to facilitate the implementation of business development projects.
Responsibilities
Business Development:
• Identify and develop business opportunities that align with the company’s focuses to achieve top-line and bottom-line results
• Work collaboratively with product and other relevant teams to build compelling business proposal to win the deal
• Build relationship with clients with professional manner and ability to find appropriate solutions that meet the clients’ expectation
• Negotiate with external and internal stakeholders to drive best outcome for AXA
Project Management:
• Manage internal and external stakeholders to successfully deliver business development initiatives balancing resources, time, and scope
• Undertake project management main point of contact and make reporting as needed. Escalate appropriately to obtain decision following to governance
• Participate actively in finding solution to overcome issues and unlock operation and system barrier to successfully delivery the initiatives
• To ensure that all business transactions and activities comply with local regulations and AXA Group standards related to Anti-Money Laundering/ Counter-Terrorism and Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction Financing (AML/CTPF) and Sanctions
Requirements
QUALIFICATION:
• Minimum postgraduate degree in a relevant subject or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education and training
• Some work experience with project management and/or idea creation process.
• Applied experience in implementing business/ project solutions
• Demonstrate business facilitation and consultation experience
• Good levels of spoken and written English and experience preparing reports
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to build trust and productive relationships
• Well-organized, with strong process management skills and an ability to establish and work to priorities
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
