About this position

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive P&C Underwriting Support Officer to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily requests for policy and endorsement issuance (P&C policies only) from the Underwriting team, including New Business and Underwriting Technical Excellence teams.
• File property, engineering, MISC (under AXA Commercial Lines scope), and casualty products with the regulator (OIC).
• Maintain and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) committed to intermediaries.
• Communicate with the Regional Office, providing accurate information and recommending local “best practices” as needed.
• Perform other tasks and assignments as required by the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Insurance, or a related field.
• Experience in underwriting or policy administration in the P&C insurance sector is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Good command of English.
