Head of Digital and Direct Sales
About this position
We are looking for Head of Digital and Direct sales to lead the development of channel strategy and business priorities to increase company revenue.
Responsibilities
• Develop channel strategy and business priorities to increase company revenue.
• Create synergy across three channels (Direct, Digital and Partnership) to optimize both revenue and profit.
• Manage key growth drivers for the digital channel, including SEO, SEM optimization, campaign management, UX-UI design, and lead generation.
• Enhance end-to-end process automation to optimize productivity and efficiency in the direct channel.
• Implement effective tools and processes for managing customer leads from online and offline channels, while also managing and growing partnerships with existing and new strategic partners.
Requirements
• Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in Digital Sales, E-commerce Platform Management, and Sales & Marketing.
• Experience in the insurance industry is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and pitching skills in both Thai and English.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities.
• Proven project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and sales-driven.
