Head of Business Development (Finance Leasing and Car Dealers)

Responsibilities
• Develop and Execute Channel Strategy: Establish and manage channel strategies, overseeing P&L to achieve company top-line and bottom-line targets.
• Partner Relationship and Portfolio Growth: Strengthen relationships and expand portfolios with existing partners, while driving engagement in new projects and programs.
• New Business Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities, with a focus on expanding partnerships within the finance leasing sector.
• End-to-End Account Management: Oversee the full account lifecycle, from bidding and contract negotiation to operations and post-sales support, ensuring seamless coordination with relevant departments.
• Team Leadership and Process Optimization: Lead a cross-functional team handling new sales, renewals, and policy administration, while enhancing processes to manage increasing workloads and driving alignment across departments for project execution and issue resolution.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in motor insurance and sales channel management.
• Experience in a leadership role within finance leasing or automotive brands is advantageous.
• Proven track record in project management, innovation, and implementing effective business solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain productive relationships.
• Proficient in English communication (both written and verbal).
