Digital Platform Solutions Executive
About this position
We are seeking a Digital Platform Solution Executive to drive digital direct sales and ensure optimum digital experience for customer via online channel.
Responsibilities
• Solutions Management: Analyze and enhance business processes and tools to drive efficiency. Monitor progress and prepare data-driven reports to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements.
• Project Management: Define responsibilities for solution architects and assemble teams to optimize existing offerings or successfully launch new products.
• Platform Management: Act as a digital platform expert, ensuring optimal user experiences for www.axa.co.th. Develop and implement strategies to attract high-quality website traffic and drive conversions.
• Sales Management: Contribute to business success by analyzing data, planning, managing, and executing online sales campaigns and promotions. Support cross-selling and up-selling initiatives to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
• Customer Management: Provide support for customer requests and internal operations, ensuring seamless business processes and a superior customer experience.
Requirements
• A degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Computer Science or related fields
• 3-5 years ’s experience in project management or Digital Marketing related technical experience.
• Knowledge on business tools including Google Analytics (GA4), Personalization Software, Business Intelligence, E-payment, CRM and CMS.
• Effective analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal.
