About this position
The role is responsible for managing and optimizing the cost-effectiveness of claims through effective utilization management strategies, conducting thorough claim investigations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. This role involves reviewing and analyzing claims, identifying areas for cost reduction, and ensuring that claims are processed efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing science or any medical background field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in health claim assessor, claims management, utilization review, cost containment, or a related area.
• Have experience of team management would be advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to claims and utilization management.
