About this position

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Account Executive to support and drive the growth of our health insurance business.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales activities to consistently achieve monthly targets for both renewal and new business opportunities.
• Expand business volume through agents, brokers, and direct sales channels.
• Develop a deep understanding of customers’ and producers’ needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, and Operations teams to identify and deliver optimal solutions that meet the needs of direct customers.
• Deliver exceptional service and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with customers.
• Effectively communicate and coordinate after-sales services to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance or any related fields.
• At least 3 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development or Customer service from insurance business.
• Knowledge of health insurance coverage.
• Strong communication skills, committed and eager to learn and “go beyond”.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Effective English communication.
