About this position

The Test Manager is responsible for defining the overall testing strategy, ensuring project completion on time and within budget, and managing testing and quality risks.

Responsibilities

• In-charge of defining overall testing strategy, plan, and budget
• Ensure the assigned testing project is completed on time with desired quality, and within the budget set
• Work cross-functional teams to;
- Define UAT Scope, Plan, and track with provided tools to ensure sufficient test coverage
- Define scope of the Security Testing, Penetration Testing, and facilitate the testing execution
- Prioritize resolutions/fixes, if necessary
- Communicate testing results and ensure the remediation of findings in accordance with Mitigation Plan
• Monitor and manage Testing & Quality risk and issues
• Monitor and track defect resolutions/fixes for UAT to ensure remediation meets SLAs set
• Report UAT execution progress to PM

Requirements

• Bachelor’s /master’s degree in business, Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 7 years of testing experience with at least 5 years in leading role, background in banking, financial services industries
• Possesses an effective critical thinking, communications, interpersonal, as well as technical skills, and problem-solving skills
• Wiling to learn with adaptability to any changing circumstances
• Possesses a good result-driven with self-managed, and team-oriented working style
• Can-Do- Attitude with compromising and friendly characteristic
• Fluent in English as required to work with Regional team
