About this position

Asia Magnetic Winding Co., Ltd (AMW) is an EMS company established in Thailand in 1999, focusing on power electronics systems. The company seeks a Senior Test Development Engineer to manage and improve testing processes for new projects and production support.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to build and plan activities for new test equipment FCT and ICT.
• Build planning and action plan for test activities.
• In charge of day to day management of test engineering.
• Lead the test engineering to support FCT and ICT new project introduction then production support.
• In charge of all new design for FCT test bench.
• Build and manage reporting of dedicated project to program manager.
• Propose and implement tools, structure and improvement for testing equipment activities of the company (new tester, new technology, etc.)
• Design for FCT test bench, internally and externally with sub-contractor with software, electronics/electrical hardware and mechanical concept.
• Manage test software for FCT tester through Lab view, Test and, Visual Studio.
• Good understand for Test procedure/ Specification.
• Read and review of all test case of Test procedure for the product.
• In Charge of day to day adviser for Test Engineering Team.
• Supervise the technical purpose to test engineering team.
• In Charge of communicate to customer in any project of test.
• Informed and provide of any issue or anything to make a test project succeed.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree (minimum) in electrical engineering, electronics or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the electronics industry.
• Able to communicate in English and in Thai.
• Strong design knowledge in electronics, software for test bench, CAN communication, and ICT tester.
• Strong planning, project management and communication skills.
• Ability to debug electronics product and use laboratory test equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, power analyzer, power source, etc.).
• MS Office, MS Project, Visio, ERP, Lab view, Test and, Visual Studio.
