Responsibilities
● Able to design solutions to fulfill customer’s requirements based on technology experience in network, storage server, security or cloud.
● Design, offer, and convince the best price performance of configuration.
● Eager to study new technology knowledge and then take required examinations that involve products’ responsibility.
● Understand IT implementation SOW, and be able to indicate SOW with related parties.
● Deliver product presentation, execute pre sales sheet, or related technical document of hardware & software selling.
● Support and coordinate with the Sales team, Engineering team, and relevant all parties
● Maintain relationships with colleagues / vendors / customers as well.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Computer, Information Technology or any related fields.
● At least 3 years’ experience in Presales, Sales Engineer in IT business.
● A must have knowledge / background in at least one product in Server / Storage / OS / DB / Monitoring / Backup Software / Network Security / Cloud Computing.
● Understand the big picture of information technology infrastructure
● Good communication and interpersonal skills.
● Fluent in English Communication.
● Proactive, fast self-learning, positive thinking, and serviced minded
● Owns a car/bike and license
