About this position
Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and manage lead generation campaigns for both inbound and outbound efforts.
• Conduct initial qualification calls to assess lead quality and assign them appropriately for follow-up.
• Build and maintain a lead database through targeted outreach and research.
• Generate and qualify leads using methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach strategies.
• Develop and refine lead nurture programs to improve conversion rates.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to plan and optimize lead flow processes.
• Facilitate the seamless handoff of leads from marketing to sales for further engagement.
• Collaborate with content, campaign, and product teams to ensure alignment and consistency across strategies.
• Monitor and report on lead generation KPIs and campaign performance metrics.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign success and conversion efficiency.
• Manage and optimize marketing automation tools for improved tracking and reporting.
• Track and report on marketing campaign performance and lead generation activities.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations or relevant fields.
• Minimum of 3 years in B2B demand generation, preferably in the tech or IT sector.
• Strong understanding of lead qualification processes, sales cycles.
