About this position

The Influencer Marketing Supervisor at Glow Better is responsible for managing influencer collaborations, analyzing trends, and reporting on the effectiveness of influencer strategies.

Responsibilities

• Search and identify potential influencers;
• Direct and monitor collaboration between brands and influencers;
• Identify the latest trends related to influencers;
• Analyze data related to the effectiveness of influencer collaboration;
• Develop reports that show the effectiveness, budgeting, and performance of influencers on a regular basis;
• Measure and report on influencer strategy on a regular basis;
• Manage budget for influencers.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 year of relevant industry experience;
• Deep knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategy;
• Great communication & presentation skill;
• Enthusiastic, creative, well-organized;
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Have a strong interest in beauty;
• Great at networking and meeting new people;
• Experience working in an agency is a plus.
