Customer Service Executive (Contractual)
About this position
You will be responsible for order processing, order follow up, product inquiries, on-time deliveries to help elevate customer satisfaction. This is a CONTRACTUAL role for 6 months.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for order processing to ensure all purchase orders are being executed promptly, customer-required delivery date/times are being met at all times.
• Sales order credit hold check, cash in advance - payment check.
• Daily email backlogs updates to customers.
• Bi-weekly indent orders updates to customers.
• Be able to provide product and quality information and excellent response to customers.
• Coordinate clearing aging inventory and slow-move inventory.
• CS support administrative tasks when needed, CS back up
Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields
• 6 months - 2 years experience in customer service.
• Hands-on experience in order processing via systems is preferred.
• Experience in attending to Customer’s query and requests via email and phone is a must
• Detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills to work with all levels.
• Self-initiated and able to work effectively to meet the deadlines
• Good team player and service-minded
