About this position
Responsibilities
• Assist in identifying the training needs of the hotel.
• Coordinate and track all training being carried out in the hotel on an ongoing basis.
• Preparing all training materials, documents, and all arrangement for training classes.
• Lead the Orientation process for all new employees together with Learning Leader.
• Follow up Job Task Inventory Training Check List and Employee Orientation Check List.
• Update Training Attendance Record correctly.
• Design attractive training activity bulletin board and update regularly.
• Support departmental trainers, and coordinate training delivered by department interns.
• Handle local student intern and international internship intern program.
• Observe Daily 15-minute Training and Departmental Training and submit the report to P&C and Learning Leader.
• Prepare Training Monthly Report with training hours tracking.
• Proper filling learning documents and attendance record.
Requirements
• Intermediate in technology savvy, intuitive knowledge to operate modern devices effectively, and aptitude for or interest in learning and understanding new delivery mechanisms, including web-enabled training.
• Good in English writing, speaking, reading, and listening.
• Be a facilitator to guide, support, work closely with all hotel employees, an affinity with people, an open, and approachable.
• Be a genuine interest in supporting the personal and professional development of all hotel employees.
• Operational experience in any hotel function would be an advantage for this role.
• Passion about self-improving, self-developing and focusing on achieving results.
