About this position

The Housekeeping Supervisor assists the Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Executive Housekeeper in ensuring the smooth operation of the department, assigning daily duties and inspecting work for cleanliness standards while overseeing team development for exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Executive Housekeeper in ensuring the smooth operation of the department.
• Assign the team's daily duties.
• Inspect work for adherence to prescribed standards of cleanliness.
• Oversee the development of your team to ensure delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

• At least five years' experience in hotel housekeeping operations.
• Effective supervisory skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Eye for detail.
