Guest Experience Officer
About this position
To ensure the guests are 100% satisfied. Guest Experience Officer may be required to spend the time in Lobby and Executive Lounge to provide a warm and friendly welcome for all our guests.
Responsibilities
• Provide a warm and friendly welcome for all our guests.
• Act as an information provider, diplomat, salesperson, hotel representative, and public relations agent.
• Maintain utmost politeness, efficiency, and friendliness to continually exceed guests’ expectations.
Requirements
• At least Bachelor Degree in any field.
• New graduate who taken internship in related field or at least 1 year experience in Front Office.
• Good inter-personality skill, outgoing, and friendly.
• Strong in English, communication skill.
• Strong in problem solving skills, and execution of work.
• Height (at least 160 cm for female) and weight must be in proportion, no eye glasses, no teeth-brace, natural hair color.
