About this position
Responsibilities
• Act as primary instructor for technical trainings, both in-person and online.
• Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for diverse audiences, adapting teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
• Maintain a high level of expertise in relevant technical domains to effectively answer questions, provide guidance, and address challenges during training sessions.
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to enhance training content and ensure accuracy.
• Develop and administer assessments to measure participants' understanding and retention of course material.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to learners to facilitate continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about the latest instructional technologies and tools to enhance the delivery and effectiveness of training programs.
• Integrate multimedia and other interactive elements into training materials to create engaging learning experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, content developers.
