Project Engineer (Program Management)
About this position
The Project Engineer (Program Management) will be responsible for supporting the implementation of new projects and engineering changes, coordinating activities, leading cross-functional teams, managing projects, and providing project support.
Responsibilities
• Support successful implement of new projects development and engineering change for current production in-line with Autoliv policies and procedures.
• Responsible to coordinate all activities to ensure successful engineering change implementation and project launch.
• Lead cross functional team including give direction and support.
• Manage assigned projects in accordance with engineering work procedures which include APDS, ensuring that they are inline with cost, timing and quality objectives.
• Provide project support in the following areas:
• Prepare for production by release of technical data and drawings.
• Timeline of project from request for quotation to volume build
• All necessary verification documentation covering customer and legal obligations.
• Communicate with Customers about the progress of projects and obtaining of necessary information to complete the project on time.
Requirements
• B.Eng Degree in ME, IE, EE or related field .
• 3-5 Years experience with Project Engineering & Project Management, Automotive industry experience.
• Excellent in English Communication Both writing and verbal.
• Good command in English both written and verbal (Minimum 550 TOEIC score)
• Good Computer skills ex.MS Office .
• Familiar with APQP and TS16949 or QS9000.
