About this position
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities (ความรับผิดชอบหลัก):
• Provide IT system support to users via phone, email, and personal contact.ให้การสนับสนุนระบบ IT แก่ผู้ใช้งานผ่านทางโทรศัพท์ อีเมล และการพบปะโดยตรง
• Assist with setting up and troubleshooting conference room equipment.ช่วยเหลือในการติดตั้งและแก้ไขปัญหาอุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ ในห้องประชุม
• Perform hands-on repairs on desktop and laptop computers.ซ่อมแซมเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์เดสก์ท็อปและแล็ปท็อปให้กับผู้ใช้งาน
• Install and maintain basic hardware and software.ติดตั้งและดูแลรักษาฮาร์ดแวร์และซอฟต์แวร์ขั้นพื้นฐาน
• Provide basic support for the company's mobile systems (iOS & Android).ให้การสนับสนุนเบื้องต้นสำหรับอุปกรณ์ Mobile ของบริษัท (iOS & Android)
• Record and regularly conduct physical checks of the IT equipment stored in the department.บันทึกและคอยตรวจนับอุปกรณ์ IT ที่เก็บไว้ในแผนก
• Highly responsible and reliable in managing assigned daily tasks.มีความรับผิดชอบสูงและเชื่อถือได้ในการจัดการงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายประจำวัน

Requirements
Candidate Qualifications :-
• Bachelor or master in Computer Science or Business Management.
• At least 1-2 years IT Experience covering in several IT support areas; Basic Windows Server administration, Desktop management, SCCM, PC support, Basic Network, Wireless LAN, Helpdesk support.
• Service Mind.
• Able to work at Amatanakorn, Chonburi.
