About this position

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, leading the recruitment team, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while managing compliance and budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop Recruitment Strategies: Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various levels and functions.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the recruitment team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and career development.
• Collaboration: Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
• Employer Branding: Enhance our employer brand through targeted marketing initiatives and participation in industry events and job fairs.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make informed improvements.
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with relevant laws and regulations, maintaining a fair and equitable hiring process.
• Budget Management: Manage the recruitment budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in recruitment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment technologies and platforms.
• Proven track record of successfully managing high-volume recruitment and diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
