Responsibilities
• Manage branch sales staff according to policy frameworks.
• Present sales department work plans to management.
• Develop strategies for the training and development of branch sales staff.
• Analyze data of branch sales staff to inform team management.
• Monitor progress, address issues that arise, and report updates to superiors.
• Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
• Experience in management-level planning for 5 years or more.
• Skills in planning and managing tasks, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Ability to train others and work effectively in a team.
• Capable of managing sales in the retail business.
• Adept at analyzing problems and planning solutions.
• Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Good English proficiency, with presentation and project management skills.
