About this position

The Employee Engagement Officer is responsible for fostering positive relationships between employees and the company, providing guidance on employee rights and benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on rules, regulations, and work policies to employees.
• Offer advice on the use of benefits, social security rights, and other employee entitlements.
• Organize activities to foster good relationships between employees and the company.
• Provide consultations and listen to employees' problems, complaints, feedback, suggestions, and others.
• Participate as a committee member in investigating employee misconduct, including gathering witnesses and evidence.
• Prepare documents for claiming benefits as per legal requirements and company regulations, such as social security and compensation funds.
• Compile information and documents related to employee benefit claims.
• Create and maintain data related to planning and budgeting for employee benefits.
• Coordinate with government agencies such as the provincial labor office, social security, etc., to ensure smooth labor relations operations.
• Serve as a trainer on company work regulations and policies for employees.
• Perform other assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Political Science, Management, or related fields.
• 2-3 years of experience in areas related to labor relations and employee benefits.
