Additionally, the company generates income from various service offerings and membership fees, among other sources.

About this position

The Assistant Investor Relations Manager is responsible for executing the investor relations strategy, analyzing financial results, and managing communications with investors to enhance their understanding of the company's vision and performance.

Responsibilities

• Executing investor relations strategy to help investors make informed decisions, developing investor confidence and understanding in the company’s vision, strategy, and business development planning for delivering shareholder value.
• Analyze and prepare the company’s operating and financial results to SET, Shareholders, Investors, etc.
• Collecting data to provide insights on market activity for further analysis of financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business.
• Prepare and disclose information and reports to the public (e.g. MD&A, press release, 56-1 report)
• Manage day-to-day investor/analyst enquiries, provide inputs / feedbacks to the company’s management as well as handle crisis management
• Prepare various materials such as management discussions and analysis, presentations, newsletters, reports, and press releases
• Coordinating with the company’s corporate secretary team to ensure compliance on regulatory matters and prepare required document in accordance with laws and regulations.
• Coordinating with various teams in the company to analyze the company’s financial performance and update business.
• Coordinate sustainability issue.
• Prepare market feedback/ research update of the company and peers as well as share price movement
• Manage the IR website by updating information on a timely basis
• Monitor and analyze analyst reports, share price performance, and shareholding movements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related fields.
• More than 3 years of work experience in Investor Relations.
• Strong understanding of financial reports, analytic methods, and financial data tools
• High responsibility with strong problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English
