About this position

In this position, you will join our growing Indonesia Built Environment business, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients across all types of building and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the success of technical aspects of projects won or allocated.
• Responsible for providing technical expertise and overseeing all technical aspects of projects (i.e. perform the role of a technical expert).
• Ensure the adequate contribution of technical knowledge and project experience to the competencies and services.
• Providing input to client proposals and tenders in conjunction with Business Development. This includes bid planning, facilitation, costing, writing, technical inputs and signoff as required.
• Support for the ongoing marketing and promotion of the Aurecon brand through collaboration with Business Development.
• Ensure financial performance of the allocated projects in accordance with client proposals, business plans and budgets.
• Responsible for the compliance to company policies and procedures, legislative requirements and act as a role model for Aurecon’s values and behaviors.
• Demonstrate safety leadership in all aspects of Aurecon’s business.
• Provide input into Unit or office business planning, as requested.

Requirements

• Required - degree in an appropriate professional field.
• 5+ years’ relevant professional/technical experience and/or specialization in buildings/industrial buildings.
• Experience in Data Centre or Telecommunications is preferred but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management ability.
• High level engineering consulting and client management skills.
• Experienced in the delivery of major and/or complex design projects to blue chip clients.
• Excellent communicator (in both English and Bahasa) with well-developed interpersonal skills.
