Responsibilities
• Strategic Leadership: Oversee strategic projects across Aura Wellness and its subsidiaries (Aura Bangkok Clinic, SOLAURA, AURASOL Wellness & Spa) to drive growth and alignment with the CEO’s vision.
• IPO & Investor Relations: Manage all IPO-related processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and build and maintain strong relationships with investors and stakeholders.
• M&A and Fundraising: Lead M&A deals, from due diligence to integration, and manage fundraising activities to support the company’s expansion and growth objectives.
• Business Unit Oversight: Take the lead on new business initiatives, setting up and managing departments as required to support strategic goals and operational needs.
• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports and analyses for the CEO, providing insights into performance, forecasting, and market trends.
• Execution Support & Project Management: Ensure effective execution of CEO directives, monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely delivery of key projects.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to achieving company-wide goals.
• Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Identify and evaluate risks associated with strategic projects and new business initiatives, implementing risk management strategies.
• Advisory Role to CEO: Serve as a key advisor to the CEO, offering strategic recommendations, business insights, and operational solutions.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience: 7+ years in corporate strategy, finance, or senior-level business roles, with experience in IPOs, M&A, investor relations, and department leadership.
• Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of financial modeling, analysis, capital markets, and corporate finance, with comfort handling complex financial transactions.
• Strategic & Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to think strategically, identify growth opportunities, and drive new business initiatives from concept to execution.
• Leadership & Team Management: Proven leadership skills with the ability to build, manage, and inspire teams, especially in new or evolving business areas.
• Analytical & Problem-solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities, with the capacity to interpret data, identify insights, and develop actionable strategies.
• Communication & Rela
