Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize training programs for doctors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and professional development requirements.
• Collaborate with external training providers, industry experts, and vendors to deliver high-quality training sessions.
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including schedules, venues, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor training outcomes, collect feedback, and provide insights to improve future training initiatives.
• Ensure all training records are maintained accurately and are up-to-date for compliance and reporting purposes.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage doctor schedules across all branches to ensure optimal staffing and coverage.
• Address and resolve last-minute schedule adjustments, including absences or emergencies, while minimizing disruptions.
• Communicate schedules clearly to doctors and relevant departments to ensure alignment with operational needs.
• Regularly review and optimize scheduling processes to enhance efficiency and meet business demands.
• Manage and distribute workloads effectively among the team to ensure efficient task execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for doctors regarding schedules and training.
• Maintain strong relationships with doctors and other stakeholders to foster collaboration and address concerns proactively.
• Prepare and present reports on scheduling efficiency, training outcomes, and team performance to HR leadership.
