About this position
The Paralegal position at Aura involves providing high-quality legal support in a fast-paced environment, focusing on document drafting, legal research, and administrative tasks while maintaining a service-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
• Document Drafting:- Prepare, draft, review and amend legal documents including but not limit to agreement, briefs, pleadings, contracts.
• Legal Research and Analysis:- Conduct thorough legal research on case law, statutes, regulations, and legal precedents.- Summarize research findings and prepare reports.
• Basic Legal Advice:- Provide basic legal advice and guidance to other department.
• Document Filing/ Registration:- Prepare applications and related documents for filing/registration with government authorities including but not limit to DBD, RD, SSO, DIP.- Handle all aspects of the registration process.
• Administrative Support:- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, minutes taking, and handling correspondence.- Maintain organized and accurate records of legal documents.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any field (legal studies preferred).
• New grads are welcome.
• Proficiency in both English and Thai, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn new tools and software.
