About this position

The Offline Trade Marketing Team Lead at SOLAURA is responsible for building brand identity and visibility across offline retail channels, implementing marketing strategies, training staff, managing budgets, and enhancing customer retention.

Responsibilities

• Build strong brand identity and visibility across all offline retail channels to reach our target customers and potential customers.
• Implement directions and strategies for brands and marketing activities as a retail offline team leader, to ensure goal achievement of the brand.
• Train retail staff in product knowledge to drive conversions and close sales.
• Manage budget, operating costs and negotiate budgets and costs to maintain company profitability.
• Oversee day-to-day retail operations and develop strategies to increase foot traffic.
• Coordinate product development teams and relevant functions to manage brands and develop new business and marketing opportunities.
• Coordinate inventory management and supply chain for offline locations.
• Analyze customer data to refine CRM strategies and enhance customer retention.

Requirements

• At least 4-5 years' work experience with proven records in leadership experience in offline retail.
• Team Leadership, ability to perform multi-tasks, meet deadlines, strong time management and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to train staff.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
