Marketing Influencer Associate (Indonesia/Myanmar)
About this position
The Marketing Influencer Associate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to engage with international Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to enhance Aura's marketing efforts in Indonesia and Myanmar.
Responsibilities
• Develop a comprehensive year plan for the use of International KOL in Aura.
• Set and allocate International KOL budget to maximize the company's long-term value.
• Research and identify International KOLs that are representative of Aura's across multiple social platforms to support marketing goals.
• Create, design and communicate the content guideline and requirement to International KOLs to ensure that all marketing plan are effective.
• Support International KOLs at any time in completing their tasks on time and communicate with KOLs regularly.
• Monitor Influencer performance and work closely to achieve target and KPIs.
• Provide detailed monthly report on all scope of work to marketing manager.
Requirements
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or a related role.
• Strong ability to create engaging and high-quality content.
• Eager to learn, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools, strategies, and trends.
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills to assess content performance and campaign success.
• Passionate, with a winning, can-do attitude, driven to achieve the best results and never giving up in any face of challenges.
• Proven project management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously, exceeding expectations.
• Strong leadership, driven by passion and a can-do attitude, inspiring teams to collaborate and achieve goals while overcoming challenges.
• A good command of spoken and written English is a must.
• Strong written and spoken skills in English.
• Proficiency in Chinese/Indonesia/Myanmar is preferred.
