We’re looking for a strategic and visionary Marketing Director to lead Aura Bangkok Clinic‘s growth. This role demands a seasoned leader skilled in revenue generation, brand building, and innovative market strategies to advance our position as Bangkok’s top aesthetic clinic.
Responsibilities
• Own and direct the revenue strategy for the clinic’s service portfolio, driving growth, retention, and profitability.
• Develop and execute initiatives to exceed revenue targets, ensuring Aura Bangkok Clinic consistently outperforms expectations.
• Lead customer research initiatives to deeply understand patient needs, preferences, and emerging trends.
• Ensure customer insights shape service offerings, marketing strategies, and patient experience improvements.
• Guide the vision and development of Aura Bangkok Clinic’s service offerings, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with market needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams to launch new services, ensuring they are innovative, compelling, and brand-aligned.
• Design and implement cohesive, multi-channel marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and growth across digital, influencer, and partnership channels.
• Leverage patient data and industry insights to keep marketing approaches relevant, effective, and results-focused.
• Inspire, guide, and empower the marketing team, creating an environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to influence key business decisions.
Requirements
• 10+ years of marketing leadership experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or wellness industries, with a strong understanding of financial impact and budget management in marketing.
• Proven success in driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and brand building, with the ability to connect financial insights to strategic marketing actions.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, able to translate customer insights and financial data into targeted, impactful strategies.
• Expertise in multi-channel campaign management, with a history of delivering measurable results that align with financial and growth objectives.
