About this position

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to the marketing team, coordinating with vendors, and assisting in offline events while ensuring data accuracy and preparing presentations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day administrative support functions to Marketing team.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Assist marketing team to operate offline event.
• Monitor and recheck data accuracy in department.
• Prepare data and PowerPoint for meeting presentation.
• Support ad-hoc projects in department.
• Coordinate with branches and other teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in project admin, data collect or related.
• Passionate in beauty industry.
• Able to travel to Aura's branched with company travel allowance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot skill in Microsoft Excel are required.
• Excellent team player.
• Problem-solving skill to proactively find solutions.
