The Marketing Campaign Strategy position focuses on leading marketing campaigns, content planning, and event organization to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
• Hero Product Campaigns: Lead campaigns for SOLAURA’s hero products, increasing awareness and driving customer engagement through targeted, multi-channel strategies.
• New Product Launches: Strategize and execute launch campaigns for new products, creating excitement, establishing brand positioning, and driving impactful entry into the market.
• Design and manage a content plan that aligns with campaign objectives, reinforces our brand message, and engages target audiences across platforms.
• Work with content creators to develop on-brand messaging that supports campaign goals and resonates with our customers.
• Organize and execute engaging events—both online and offline—that align with campaign objectives and enhance product visibility.
• Oversee event logistics, promotion, and follow-up to create memorable experiences that strengthen brand connection and boost product exposure.
Requirements
• 2 years of experience in campaign management, content strategy, or event planning.
• Proven track record of executing successful campaigns that drive brand engagement.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing trends and demonstrate creativity in campaign approaches.
