The Influencer Management position involves sourcing and managing influencers for campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand values, and overseeing campaign execution while managing budgets and content ideation.
Responsibilities
• Influencer Sourcing and Outreach:
• Identify and contact influencers to fulfill the target numbers required for each campaign.
• Ensure selected influencers align with the brand’s values and appeal to the target audience.
2. Campaign Management:
• Oversee the smooth execution of influencer campaigns, adhering to timelines and ensuring deliverables are met.
• Coordinate with influencers throughout the campaign lifecycle, from briefing to post-campaign follow-up, to ensure quality and consistency.
3. Budget Proposal and Approval:
• Prepare budget proposals for influencer collaborations and seek approval from head of the project.
• Manage campaign expenses within approved budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
4. Content Ideation:
• Contribute creative ideas for influencer content that aligns with key brand messages and enhances campaign impact.
• Stay updated on influencer and social media trends to inform content suggestions.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with social media platforms and influencer tracking tools.
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
