Responsibilities
• E-commerce Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage e-commerce strategies across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and other online marketplaces, ensuring alignment with brand KPIs and growth objectives.
• Live Commerce Leadership: Drive sales through live commerce platforms, such as TikTok, by organizing live-selling events and engaging customers to boost conversions.
• Offline Channel Development: Establish and manage relationships with offline retail partners, negotiating commission agreements, and driving expansion in physical sales channels.
• Financial Planning & Budget Management: Prepare sales forecasts, manage budgets effectively, and ensure all commercial activities align with financial targets.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the commercial team, fostering a collaborative environment that drives results and meets performance goals.
• Sales Monitoring & Analysis: Monitor sales performance across all channels, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize conversion rates and enhance customer experience.
• Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new platform opportunities, both online and offline, to increase SOLAURA’s market presence and sales.
• Performance Measurement: Regularly assess and report performance metrics, ensuring data-driven decisions and continuous improvement in revenue and operational efficiency.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years in sales, e-commerce, or commercial management, with a strong record in multi-channel management. Beauty or consumer goods experience is preferred.
• Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost management with the ability to work within budgetary constraints.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of beauty and wellness trends, e-commerce, and retail partner management.
• Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Skilled in interpreting sales data, making data-driven decisions, and developing strategic plans.
• Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to lead teams, negotiate partnerships, and communicate effectively across all levels.
• Problem-solving: Proactive in identifying and resolving challenges to drive growth and efficiency.
