Content Creator (TikTok, IG, Facebook)
About this position
The Content Creator is responsible for developing creative content across social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Lemon8, etc.), focusing on both visual artwork and video to align with brand goals. A key part of the role is understanding customer behavior to create content that drives conversions and sales. The Content Creator will collaborate with the graphic design team to ensure all content is optimized for sales impact.
Responsibilities
• Create engaging visual artwork and video content for TikTok and Instagram (short and long formats), and write captivating captions.
• Draft artwork and collaborate with the graphic design team to ensure consistent visuals across social media platforms.
• Monitor social media trends and adapt content to stay fresh and relevant.
• Develop content calendars and manage post scheduling.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content for better engagement and reach.
Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience in content creation for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Skilled in creating TikTok video content and familiar with platform-specific formats.
• Strong understanding of each social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
• Ability to draft creative, brand-aligned copy and captions, with basic Canva skills for simple drafts.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Eager to learn, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools, strategies, and trends.
• Passionate, creative, and proactive with a winning, can-do attitude, driven to achieve the best results and never giving up in the face of challenges.
