SOLAURA is seeking a visionary Branding Manager to lead the charge on supplement and skincare products, focusing on strategic and hands-on approaches driven by results, market insights, and innovative brand concepts.
Responsibilities
• Revenue-Driven Focus on Supplements & Skincare
• Set and achieve ambitious revenue targets for both our supplement and skincare product lines.
• Drive brand initiatives that not only increase awareness but also lead to tangible revenue growth across product categories.
2. Customer Insight & Market Research
• Conduct in-depth research to understand the core needs, preferences, and behaviors of our target customers.
• Translate these insights into actionable strategies and product adjustments that resonate with our audience and give us a competitive edge.
3. Product Concept Development
• Lead concept development for new products, including packaging design, key messaging, pricing strategy, and launch timelines.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to bring products to market that reflect our brand’s values and fulfill customer needs.
4. New Product Development (NPD) Strategy
• Develop and manage a comprehensive yearly plan NPD strategy that aligns with the brand’s growth objectives.
• Prioritize, plan, and oversee each stage of product development, ensuring high-impact launches that contribute to revenue and brand equity.
5. Marketing Strategy & Execution
• Build and execute end-to-end marketing strategies that drive product awareness, engagement, and sales.
• Partner with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that every campaign delivers maximum brand impact across digital and traditional channels.
6. Product & Marketing Budget Management
• Oversee the product and marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI.
• Track expenses and optimize spending to keep initiatives within budget while achieving high-impact results.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in branding, product marketing, or brand management, ideally within the consumer health, supplements, or skincare.
