Service Site Engineer
About this position
Responsibilities
• To provide support to customer production line as per request and make line patrol schedule with provide relevant report
• Tools repair and calibration Desoutter products in scope of contract
• Bolt tightening quality inspection, review, quality rectification, bolt torque, curve data analysis, tightening parameter setting etc.
• Desoutter software debug and trouble shooting (Demeter, Pivotware and VIT system)
• Finish service documents according as company or customer standard
• Provide tool operation training and trouble shooting to customer
• Provide customer quality issue claim and follow up
• To identify and source spare parts and consumables required for the repair of tools
• To carry out calibration, testing and certification of all Desoutter tool products, according to standard procedures
• To generate technical reports on service provided and upon customer request
• To incorporate flexible attitude to working out of normal as and when required.
• Collect and analyze KPI data and report regularly
• Raise red flags when there is business and technical risk
• Follow strictly on Safety, Healthy, Environment, Quality policy
• Report safety risks to prevent accident
• Other requirements from manager
Requirements
• Good engineering skills, with at least 1 year experience in an Engineering service environment
• Service mind with high degree of flexibility
• Ability to build strong and effective working relationships with both customers and colleagues
• Self motivation
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
• IT, Network and database knowledge (Raven db will be an advantage)
• PLC literation (Siemens PLC will be an advantage)
• Programming capability is a plus (C, C++, Visual Basic)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/ Mechatronic or Computer Engineering or related equivalent
• PC Literacy
• Fair English Language Knowledge is essential
• Chinese Language (Must to have)
• English Language (Nice to have)
